Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with extensive experience in React and JavaScript. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality web applications using React and JavaScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Architecture and Performance:

Develop scalable and efficient back-end services and APIs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

Code Quality and Best Practices

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Testing and Deployment

Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
Work closely with DevOps to manage deployment pipelines and ensure smooth release

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
Proven experience with React, JavaScript, and related technologies (Redux, Node.js, Express).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MySQL, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.).

Skills

Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of front-end performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards troubleshooting and debugging.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Digital Ocean) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
Experience with TypeScript and other modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
