Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Specify if flexible or specific hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
