Product/Development Manager Needed at Bundler

Responsibilities
– Lead and manage product development from ideation to launch, working closely with developers to build and deliver tools for customers.
– Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, prioritizing based on customer needs and market trends.
– Proactively discover, identify, and build necessary tools and solutions, working hands-on with developers throughout the development process.
– Conduct thorough testing to ensure all products and features work perfectly without bugs.
– Oversee product launches, ensuring that new features and tools are delivered to customers efficiently and effectively.
– Maintain constant communication with design and development teams to ensure alignment and synchronization.
– Take full ownership of the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that all existing solutions are functioning optimally.
– Work independently, driving projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
– Analyze product performance metrics and continuously iterate to improve product outcomes.
– Ensure all customer needs are met by collaborating with customer success teams and incorporating their feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
– Proven experience in product management, particularly in building and delivering tech product.
– Extensive experience working directly with developers to create, test, and launch customer-facing tools.
– Strong track record of managing the entire product lifecycle, with verifiable proof of scaling products and growing user bases.
– Highly proactive, innovative, and driven, with a strong ability to discover and build necessary tools and solutions.
– Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring all products are bug-free and functioning perfectly.
– Ability to work independently, taking full charge of product development and management.
– Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup.
– Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to ensure alignment across all teams.
