Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s presence across various social media platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, adept at creating engaging content, and experienced in developing strategies to grow our online presence and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize strategy and content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Experiment with new strategies and tactics to continually improve social media performance and drive results.

Qualifications

  • OND/HND or BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of design and photo/video editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
