Junior Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using web development best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to transform wireframes and mock-ups into efficient front-end code.
  • Optimize components for performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
  • Write clean, scalable, and reusable code. Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of development.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Basic proficiency in React and its core principles.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as jQuery and Bootstrap.
  • Understanding of CSS preprocessors like Sass, Less, or Stylus. Basic experience with build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or similar. Familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team of developers.

Desired Skills: Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Testing Library.

 

Junior Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design backend services based on provided specifications and requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
  • Designing back-end services for various business processes.
  • Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
  • Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
  • Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
  • Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging backend development trends, suggesting improvements to existing code and practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in the backend programming language JavaScript (NodeJS).
  • Experience with popular backend frameworks such as Express.js and Nest.js
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database management systems like MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in the Git version control system.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Cloudinary).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

 

Business Developer

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and partners at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

 

Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn,etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand and marketing strategies.
  • Create multimedia content (videos, graphics, etc.) to increase engagement.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Community Management:

  • Manage and grow our online community across various social media platforms.
  • Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and live interactions.
  • Foster a positive community environment and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Engagement and Growth:

  • Create and implement strategies to increase community engagement and follower growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content and community strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with influencers and other content creators to expand reach and engagement.

Crisis Management:

  • Monitor social media channels for any potential issues or negative feedback.
  • Develop and implement crisis management plans to address and mitigate negative situations.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or a similar role.
  • A proven track record of growing and managing social media communities.
